At FUYL, every order is packed with care and dispatched promptly. We ship six days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Our logistics partners are chosen to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver across India covering more than 27,000 PIN codes. Please note that certain remote PIN codes may fall outside our logistics partners' serviceable areas.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order is typically dispatched by the next working day after it is placed. From the date of dispatch, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. Timelines may vary slightly based on your location. Your order will always be delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order appears to be damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately at +91 9274787827 or write to us at support@fuyl.in with your Order ID and a photograph showing the condition of the product. We will take it from there.
How is my order processed and shipped?
Each order is individually picked and packed at our warehouse or partner facility. Once ready, our logistics partner collects the package and initiates delivery. You will receive your shipment tracking details via SMS and/or email as soon as the order is on its way. The delivery executive will get in touch with you when they have arrived at the address mentioned by you.
