Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of an order is only possible before it has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@fuyl.in with your order details.
Upon confirmation of your cancellation request, the order will be cancelled and your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of acknowledgement.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Refund Policy
FUYL does not accept returns or process refunds except in the following circumstances:
A return request will be considered only if the product received is damaged during transit, has a physical defect, or an incorrect product has been delivered. To raise a return request, please email us at support@fuyl.in with clear photographs of the product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Products that have been used, have a broken seal, or show signs of tampering will not be eligible for return. Upon receiving the returned product, FUYL will inspect and assess the validity of the claim.
If the return is found to be valid, we will either issue a replacement or process a full refund. If the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria, it will be sent back to you.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source — debit card, credit card, bank account, or wallet — within 7 working days.
A Note on Shipping and Delivery
FUYL works with reliable logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition and within the shortest timeframe. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control. Should such a situation arise, our team will proactively reach out to you with updates.
